ExpoVivienda 2026 successfully brought together thousands of visitors, industry professionals and housing stakeholders, confirming its role as one of Chile’s leading events for residential development and real estate investment.
This year’s edition welcomed 48 exhibitors, presented 458 housing projects, showcased over 16,000 housing units, and attracted 4,100 visitors. Throughout the event, expert-led conferences explored topics including housing finance, investment opportunities, subsidies and sustainable housing solutions.
The results also demonstrate strong engagement from both exhibitors and visitors, with high satisfaction levels and widespread recognition of the event’s value as a platform for knowledge exchange and business development.
These initiatives contribute to broader discussions around sustainable and energy-efficient buildings, supporting collaboration between industry, research and innovation communities—objectives that closely align with the BIO4EEB project.
